Role Summary :
We are seeking a Senior IVR Developer to build and support high-scale DTMF and Voice BOTs for a major financial enterprise transformation program. You will drive personalized customer experiences across multiple business lines, managing technical planning, integration, and 24/7/365 production support.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Delivery : Develop, test, and support complex DTMF and Conversational IVR applications.
- Code Quality : Write clean, defect-free code, conduct peer reviews, and design for maximum component reusability.
- System Integration : Connect IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, skill groups, and backend databases.
- Problem Solving : Diagnose root causes independently and implement targeted remediation plans for complex application issues.
- Collaboration : Interact directly with design, business, and technology partners across Agile workflows.
Technical Requirements :
Mandatory Skills :
- Core IVR Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience in CVP (Contact Center) DTMF application development.
- Cisco Stack : Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP VXML Server, CVP custom elements (Java), and Call Studio GUI.
- Backend & Java : Java development, Apache Tomcat, HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
- Cisco Telecom : UCCE/ICM integration, DNIS mapping, Queuing to Skillgroup, CTI Variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.
- Ecosystem Tools : Familiarity with JIRA, Cyara, and Confluence.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Voice BOTs : Experience with Google Dialogflow or Microsoft conversational AI platforms.
- NLU Optimization : Speech analysis, speech repair, and fine-tuning Natural Language Understanding models.
- Cloud Platforms : Foundational understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Domain : Prior experience working within a large-scale Financial Enterprise environment.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree preferred).
- Proven capability to support highly complex, 24/7/365 critical production systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
