A leading and well-established Jewellery Retail Company is looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead enterprise IT operations and drive digital transformation across its retail network.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure hosting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

- Oversee IT infrastructure across HQ and 65+ retail outlets

- Lead IT support, network, and in-house Dynamics 365 development teams

- Manage IT vendors and ensure SLA compliance

- Strengthen cybersecurity with Sophos, MDM, and EDR solutions

- Ensure business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and secure integrations

Key Skills :

- Microsoft Azure Administration

- Enterprise Networking & Infrastructure

- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / ERP Administration

- Sophos Firewall & Endpoint Security

- Vendor Management & Team Leadership

- MDM (Hexnode / ManageEngine)

- EDR Solutions

- Azure Integration Services & API Management

- Microsoft Dynamics AX / CRM

Requirements :

- 10+ years of IT management experience

- Strong Azure and enterprise infrastructure expertise

- Experience in retail or similar multi-location environments preferred

- Malayalam fluency is mandatory

- Willingness to relocate to Thrissur, Kerala
