About The Role :

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Analyst Workplace Engineer to join our IT Services teamin Pune.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Baner office.

About You :

Youre someone who has :

- 3 years or more relevant experience.

- A customer-driven approach.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT challenges.

Proven Experience :

- On-site and remote IT Support.

- User/device access management & security tools.

- Microsoft Systems & Products; including but not limited to :

- Windows.

- MS 365 Admin Centre.

- Azure.

- Entra ID.

- Active Directory.

- SharePoint.

- OneDrive.

- Systems licenses; including, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.

- PowerShell.

- Group Policies.

- DHCP.

- DNS.

- TCP/IP.

- Backup systems.

- Asset management.

- Vendor Management.

Knowledge Of :

- Atlassian; including, Jira, Confluence, Tempo.

- SCCM / MEMCM.

- VDIs & VMs.

- MacOS devices and systems.

- Mobile devices; including, iOS and Android.

Nice to have :

- SentinelOne.

- Zscaler.

- Beyond Trust.

- ProofPoint.

- Global Protect.

- ITSM | Ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

The Senior IT Analyst Workplace Engineer is responsible for working within Hansens IT Services department to :

- Provide quality support and services to internal and external business units and clients.

- Ensure smooth operation of Hansens IT systems.

- Minimise downtime and enhance productivity by delivering efficient and effective technical resolutions & solutions within agreed business SLA.

- Assist end-users with IT-related problems by resolving technical issues through calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Maintain security & network infrastructures.

- Be the 3 rd point of escalation, prior to escalation to :

- The Global Workplace Manager.

- Other Hansen IT & Business teams.

- Service Provider(s).
