We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Solace PubSub+ to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise middleware infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Solace appliances, middleware migrations, high availability, performance tuning, and production support in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and maintain large-scale Solace PubSub+ middleware environments.

- Lead application migration activities across Solace appliances with minimal business disruption.

- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management of Solace infrastructure.

- Manage TLS/SSL certificates, including CSR generation, certificate renewal, trust store updates, and certificate rotation.

- Configure and manage VPNs, queues, topic endpoints, ACL profiles, client profiles, and resource quotas.

- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot hardware failures, and resolve issues related to storage, networking, redundancy, and high availability.

- Perform performance tuning to optimize throughput, latency, and messaging reliability.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues using CLI, SolAdmin, SEMP API, and monitoring tools.

- Design, implement, and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

- Coordinate with Solace Technical Support (TAC) for incident resolution, RCA, hardware replacement, and vendor escalations.

- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure standards.

- Collaborate with application, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable messaging services.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise middleware infrastructure.

- Strong hands-on experience with Solace PubSub+ appliances and enterprise messaging platforms.

- Experience executing large-scale application migrations on Solace infrastructure.

- Expertise in firmware upgrades, patching, maintenance, and platform lifecycle management.

- Strong knowledge of TLS/SSL certificate management.

- Experience configuring VPNs, queues, topic endpoints, ACL profiles, client profiles, and messaging quotas.

- Strong understanding of HA/DR architecture, replay capabilities, transactions, and advanced Solace features.

- Experience with CLI, SolAdmin, SEMP API, and enterprise monitoring tools.

- Strong troubleshooting skills across middleware, networking, and infrastructure environments.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education (Mandatory):

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
