Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infor LN/Baan Functional Consultant & Delivery Manager with deep expertise across key functional areas including Manufacturing, Logistics, PLM, Interface Development, Implementation, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will also bring strong leadership capabilities in delivery management, resource planning, and project execution. Experience in Test Automation Architecture and PMP certification are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise :

- Manufacturing

- Logistics

- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Interface Development

- Data Migration

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.

3. Drive the configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor LN/Baan modules.

Project & Delivery Management :

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex Infor LN/Baan implementations on time and within budget.

- Develop and manage resource plans aligning with project timelines and deliverables.

- Ensure project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Test Automation (Preferred) :

- Collaborate with QA teams to integrate automated testing in the CI/CD lifecycle.

Leadership & Strategy :

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.

- Act as the escalation point for project and delivery issues.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 18+ years of experience in :

1. Functional consulting for Infor LN/Baan.

2. Delivery management, resource planning, and project execution.

- Proven track record of successful large-scale ERP implementations.

- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and supply chain domains.

- Expertise in data migration strategies and tools.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP Certification

- Experience as a Test Automation Architect

- Prior experience working in or willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
