We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer with 5 to 7 years of dedicated, hands-on experience with leading platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt in large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the IAM lifecycle, strong proficiency in Java/BeanShell scripting for platform customization, and proven experience integrating these solutions with diverse systems and directories to ensure security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- IAM Platform Implementation : Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt solutions within the enterprise environment.

- Customization & Development : Utilize an excellent understanding of Java and BeanShell scripting to develop custom workflows, connectors, and business logic within the SailPoint/Saviynt platforms.

- Integration Expertise : Design and execute complex integrations between the IAM platform and various target systems, applications, directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and HRIS systems.

- IAM Lifecycle Management : Ensure the proper functioning and enforcement of core IAM principles, including automated provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, and role management.

- Technical Documentation : Maintain detailed technical documentation for all IAM processes, configurations, and integrations.

- Collaboration & Communication : Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management regarding IAM architecture and processes.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 7 years of hands-on technical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Saviynt.

- Core IAM Knowledge : Strong foundational understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and the end-to-end IAM lifecycle processes.

- Scripting : Excellent understanding and practical experience with Java and BeanShell scripting in the context of SailPoint/Saviynt development.

- Integration Skills : Proven experience in integrating SailPoint/Saviynt with various enterprise systems and directories.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Access Management : Experience with Access Management (AM) tools such as Azure AD (Entra ID), Ping Federate (on-prem), or Okta.

- Compliance : Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements related to IAM (SOX, GDPR).

- Certifications : Certification in SailPoint, Saviynt, or any related IAM technologies (CISSP).
