We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend platforms and microservices. This role requires strong expertise in Golang, hands-on experience with distributed systems, and the ability to independently drive development in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient backend solutions. You will be responsible for building core services, optimizing performance, ensuring system scalability, and contributing to technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang

- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based systems

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC-based services

- Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices

- Handle concurrency, goroutines, channels, and memory management efficiently

- Debug complex production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization

- Implement asynchronous and event-driven architectures using messaging systems

- Work closely with Architects, DevOps, QA, and Product teams for end-to-end delivery

- Build automated unit tests and contribute to test coverage improvements

- Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
