We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Technical Lead with 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience to lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role blends technical leadership, architecture, and hands-on coding, with a strong focus on cloud-native development, DevOps automation, and AI integration.

You will play a critical role in shaping system architecture, driving engineering excellence, and bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core and Angular (latest versions)

- Lead architecture decisions and enforce best coding practices

- Mentor and guide engineering teams through code reviews and technical discussions

AWS Cloud & Service Integration :

- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services like :

1. Lambda, S3, Cognito/IAM

2. Drive adoption of AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition)

DevOps & CI/CD Automation :

- Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines

- Enable zero-downtime deployments, automated testing, and rollback strategies

- Work with tools like Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline

AI/ML Integration :

- Lead implementation of AI/ML models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation

- Collaborate with data teams to productionize ML solutions

Database & Performance Optimization :

- Design and optimize complex SQL schemas and queries

- Ensure high performance and scalability

Product & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product and leadership teams to convert business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years of software development experience

- 4+ years in Technical Lead / Architect role

Frontend :

- Strong expertise in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx

- Deep understanding of responsive UI and performance optimization

Backend :

- Expert in C# / .NET Core

- Experience in REST APIs & Microservices architecture

DevOps & Cloud :

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes

- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)

- Deep experience in AWS ecosystem (certification is a plus)

AI/ML :

- Experience with AI/LLM integrations or ML model deployment
