Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead - React.js/Node.js/Java

Job Description :

- Own end- to- end technical delivery-architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

- Lead and mentor developers through FAST/SMART goals, code reviews, knowledge-sharing (e.g., best practices, unit testing), and performance feedback.

- Define and maintain engineering standards-coding guidelines, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and quality assurance.

- Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging tools and recommending improvements to existing architecture.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including architects, PMs, and stakeholders, to shape roadmaps and ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions.

- Manage defect lifecycle-oversee RCA, monitoring, resolution, and minimize post- delivery issues-while tracking metrics like defect counts and schedule adherence.

- Ensure compliance and certifications-achieve mandatory trainings, forecast technical certifications for self and mentees.

- Interface with technical and non-technical teams-present designs, influence technical decisions, and focus on delivery quality and NPS.

- Oversee complex project execution in Agile environments-handle estimations, dependencies, risks, scheduling, and delivery coordination.

- Foster domain and process excellence-leverage deep domain knowledge, drive software process improvements, and build internal technical communities.

Additional Comments :

- 10+ years of professional software development experience, including recent hands-on work in both front-end and back-end development.

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

- Experience building scalable back-end services using Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Demonstrated experience in architecting and explaining complex systems (e.g., warehouse or retail platforms).

- Proven ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience leading software projects or teams in an Agile environment.
