Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Team Lead), you will drive the technical strategy and lead end-to-end development of our procurement platform. You will mentor a team of skilled engineers, make key architectural decisions, and contribute hands-on to building scalable, cloud-native solutions using Angular, Java, C#, and microservices on Azure.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both technical leadership and hands-on development, with a passion for innovation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years in full-stack development, with at least 1+ year in a leadership or team lead role.

Programming : Strong proficiency in Java, C#, and object-oriented programming.

Frontend : Expertise in Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks; ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Backend : Strong background in microservices and RESTful APIs; hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Database : Deep knowledge of SQL databases (MSSQL), schema design, and performance optimization.

Architecture : Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems.

AI/ML : Experience or strong understanding of RAGs, Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, MCP, A2A protocols, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock).

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams.

Hiring : Experience conducting technical interviews and contributing to team growth.

Agile : Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack engineers.

- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture.

- Guide the team through technical challenges to achieve project objectives.

2. Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Own the architectural direction of the platform to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

- Define and enforce best practices for coding, design, testing, and deployment.

- Design both high-level and low-level system components and collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic technical decisions.

3. Hands-on Full Stack Development :

- Actively contribute to both frontend (Angular) and backend (Java, C#, microservices) development.

- Build reliable, maintainable, and high-quality cloud-native applications.

4. Microservices & Cloud-Native Engineering :

- Architect, build, and optimize microservices hosted on Azure.

- Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance using Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, etc.

- Implement cloud-native best practices across development and deployment.

5. AI Integration & Innovation :

- Lead the integration of advanced AI technologies into the platform.

- Work with frameworks such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, MCP, and A2A protocols.

- Develop AI-driven automation and intelligent decision-making features.

6. Database Engineering :

- Design and optimize SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL) for high-performance and scalable data management.

- Ensure consistency, high availability, and efficient query performance.

7. Hiring & Team Expansion :

- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new engineers.

- Collaborate with HR and engineering leadership to build a world-class engineering team.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

- Ensure strong alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

9. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated on the latest trends in software development, AI, and cloud technologies.

- Advocate for and implement process improvements to drive quality, efficiency, and team agility.
