Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, Node.js, TypeScript) - Onsite - In person Mandatory

With 5- 8 yrs experience in React, TypeScript & Node.js. Build modern web UI and backend APIs for HR applications. Strong SQL, REST APIs & CI/CD exposure required.

Role Overview :

Build and maintain our core web application and chat experience for HR teams and employees. Work across frontend and backend, integrating APIs, AI services, and clean UI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive web UI using React & TypeScript

- Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js / TypeScript

- Convert designs and wireframes into working UI

- Integrate frontend with backend and AI services

- Write clean, testable code and review peer code

- Collaborate with Product and ML teams

Must-Have Skills :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong React + TypeScript experience (frontend)

- Strong Node.js + TypeScript experience (backend)

- Experience building REST APIs and working with JSON

- Strong PostgreSQL / SQL experience

- Basic experience with Docker and CI/CD

- Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have :

- Experience integrating LLM / AI APIs

- GraphQL experience

- HR, payroll, finance or enterprise applications

- Authentication & authorization (RBAC, SSO, OAuth2)
