Senior Full Stack Engineer - Javascript/TypeScript

Job Title : Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Role :

You will be at the heart of our product innovation and will lead the development of high-performance, beautiful, and intuitive web interfaces using React, Next.js frameworks with Tailwind CSS, while actively integrating and leveraging AI tools to supercharge code generation, testing, and review.

You will work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and founders to deliver end-to-end experiences that delight users and perform at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codeium, CodiumAI, or custom LLM tools) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and streamline testing and reviews.

- Translate Figma and design system inputs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant components.

- Champion best practices in UI/UX, accessibility, and design systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to create delightful experiences users love.

- Review, refactor, and optimize existing frontend code for performance and scalability.

- Stay ahead of the curve with modern AI frameworks, frontend trends, and emerging technologies.

Youre a Great Fit If You Have :

- 7+ years of experience building production-grade web applications.

- Strong command of React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Also further strong command with TailWind CSS.

- A natural curiosity and passion for AI-enhanced engineering workflows.

- Strong understanding of frontend performance, bundling, lazy loading, and rendering

strategies.

- Work with backend systems to build APIs, and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend.

- Deep appreciation for great UI/UX and the ability to bring it to life with finesse.

- Experience in fast-paced, product-centric startup environments.

- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving, ownership-first mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Experience with design systems like Storybook, Chakra UI, or something similar.

- Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or integrating AI into frontend workflows.

- Experience with A/B testing frameworks or web analytics tools.
