We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Team Lead) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on technical leadership responsibilities, guiding platform development while shaping the future of procurement technology.

Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

- Technical Ownership : Drive the architectural direction of the platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with business goals.

- Hands-on Development : Actively contribute to both frontend (Angular) and backend (Java, C#, Microservices) development.

- Cloud-Native Architecture : Architect and develop microservices on Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience.

- AI Integration & Innovation : Lead the integration of advanced AI technologies, including RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, model fine-tuning, and MCP (Model Control Protocols).

- Database Optimization : Design and optimize SQL databases to support large-scale data management.

- Hiring & Team Expansion : Play an active role in interviewing and onboarding new technical talent to build a top-tier team.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver features that meet customer needs.

Key Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years in full-stack development with at least 1+ years in a leadership or team lead role.

- Backend Expertise : Strong proficiency in Java and C#, with extensive experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Frontend Expertise : Solid experience with Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Cloud Knowledge : Proficient in Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, etc.).

- AI/ML Integration : Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as RAGs, Agentic AI, and A2A protocols.

- Database Skills : Deep knowledge of SQL databases (MSSQL), including schema design and performance optimization.

- Agile Mindset : Comfortable working in an Agile environment using tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- DevOps : Experience with Docker and implementing CI/CD pipelines.

- Domain Knowledge : Understanding of procurement or supply chain processes.
