About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications. Youll play a key role in modernizing platforms, building cloud-based solutions, and leading a team of engineers in a collaborative agile environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on coding and technical leadership, with expertise in Angular or React, Java, API development, Azure, and Big Data technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Lead and guide a team of developers across onshore and offshore locations.

- Collaborate with business, product, and QA teams to refine requirements and deliver quality solutions.

- Work on cloud-native development using Azure (AKS, App Services, Functions).

- Implement CI/CD automation, DevSecOps practices, and performance tuning.

- Participate in testing, deployment, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Contribute to modernization initiatives and adopt new technologies (Big Data, microservices, containers).

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend).

- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Angular or React, and Node.js.

- Hands-on experience with Azure (AKS, App Services, DevOps, Cloud Services).

- Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.) is a plus.

- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and Azure pipelines.

- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) or mainframe modernization.

- Knowledge of TDD/BDD frameworks and Agile SAFe methodologies.

- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Artifactory, Gradle, Splunk, AppDynamics.

- SAFe 6.0+ certification and Group Benefits domain experience are added advantages.
