The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend-Heavy) to build and scale our Supply Chain Planning Platform. This platform powers critical replenishment decisions, purchase order creation, and inventory transfers across a high-speed global network. You will design high-performance systems that process large-scale datasets and run optimization algorithms affecting product availability and working capital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Development : Design and build scalable backend systems for PO creation, transfer order planning, and inventory allocation engines.

- Architecture & Scalability : Define backend architecture ensuring high availability, performance, and fault tolerance for high-throughput planning data.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Operations, and Data Science teams to translate supply chain requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Engineering Excellence : Drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and code quality while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the technical roadmap.

Technical Stack :

- Languages : Python, Django, Golang, Node JS, or Kotlin/Java.

- Architecture : Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture, and RESTful APIs.

- Data & Infrastructure : PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), MongoDB, Redis, Docker, and AWS/GCP.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 4- 7 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience in data-intensive environments.

- Domain Expertise : Proven experience building supply chain, logistics, marketplace, or quick commerce platforms.

- Technical Depth : Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and high-volume data processing.

- Niche Skills : Familiarity with inventory replenishment workflows, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
