Senior Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

Were hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys full ownership of features, and can lead by example. Youll be building scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies like React.js and Node.js, and play a central role in architecture, design, and mentoring.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the development of scalable web applications and backend systems using React.js, Node.js, and REST APIs.

- Architect, build, and maintain complex systems and services end-to-end from frontend UI to backend logic and database management.

- Work closely with the product, design, and data teams to ship high-quality features and experiences.

- Design reusable frontend components using React Hooks, state management, and responsive UI principles.

- Build efficient, secure, and well-documented APIs; optimize backend performance and reliability.

- Own database design and performance (using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, lead code reviews, and promote clean coding practices.

- Contribute to infrastructure decisions, CI/CD processes, and deployment strategies.

- Help shape and scale the engineering culture as the team grows.

What Were Looking For :

- 9 - 12 years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer in fast-paced environments

- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with deep experience in React.js and Node.js

- Strong knowledge of REST API design, authentication/authorization, and web security principles

- Deep understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases

- Experience architecting scalable, maintainable systems

- Excellent problem-solving and system design skills

- Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools

- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities

- Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, Redis, or WebSockets
