- To be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and services.

- To be proficient in building and integrating REST APIs to connect backend systems with mobile applications.

- To be actively engaged in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders from the NBFC sector to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- To be committed to ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards across both backend and frontend modules.

- To be involved in code reviews and to provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

- To be a key collaborator with DevOps teams for seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.

Technical Skill :

Backend Development : Strong experience in Python and Node.js/JavaScript.

Frontend Development : Strong hands-on React JS.

API Development : Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Database Knowledge : Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and MySQL/Mongo DB/Redis

Version Control : Experience with Git and related tools.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.

Experience Range : 8-10Yrs.
