Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Location : Nagpur Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Experience : 5-8 Years

Joining : Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js.

- Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with front-end components and third-party services.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features.

- Ensure coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain high code quality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

- Manage application deployments and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Python (5 years) with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- React.js (3 years), Redux, Hooks, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

- REST API design and integration expertise

- Database skills SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB)

- HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles

- Git version control and CI/CD experience

- Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodology

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Client and stakeholder interaction experience
