Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js (Primary) and React.js (Secondary) to join our growing product engineering team.

This is a US customer-facing role, where you will work closely with enterprise clients, understand business requirements, and lead technical solutioning under architectural direction. The ideal candidate should come from a product-based environment and have experience building scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with US clients to gather and analyze functional & technical requirements

- Lead backend development using Node.js, APIs, and microservices architecture

- Contribute to frontend architecture and collaboration using React.js

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

- Drive API development, integrations, and cloud-based deployments

- Participate in system architecture and design discussions

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of overall software development experience

- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (Primary Skill)

- Solid working experience in React.js

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL)

- Experience in scalable system design

- Excellent communication skills with client-facing exposure

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Experience in product-based companies preferred

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in SaaS products

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD

- Understanding of security best practices

- Experience handling enterprise-level applications
