Role Summary :

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Full Stack Developer/Architect to spearhead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade digital experience platforms. This is a high-ownership role designed for a hands-on leader who bridges the gap between complex backend engineering and high-performance frontend interfaces.

You will be the primary technical authority for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, driving solution design, mentoring engineering squads, and ensuring architectural integrity. Whether leveraging Java or Node.js, you will build resilient microservices and integrate the full Adobe Experience Cloud suite (Analytics, Target, AEP) to power sophisticated personalization and experimentation use cases. The ideal candidate is a cloud-native expert who thrives in a DevSecOps environment and is eager to explore the frontier of Generative and Agentic AI to futurify digital experiences.

Responsibilities :

- AEM Platform Architecture : Lead the end-to-end design and scaling of AEM-based web applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- Full Stack Technical Delivery : Execute hands-on development using Java or Node.js for backend systems while driving frontend excellence in Angular or React.

- Microservices & API Engineering : Architect and deploy robust microservices and RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integrations between the digital experience layer and core business systems.

- Adobe Ecosystem Orchestration : Integrate and optimize Adobe specialized tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data-driven insights.

- Personalization & Experimentation : Engineer technical frameworks to support high-scale A/B testing, personalization, and advanced analytics use cases.

- Architectural Governance : Own the technical roadmap, lead deep-dive code reviews, and establish best practices for modular, maintainable software design.

- Modern DevOps Integration : Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and automated deployment cycles.

- Cloud-Native Strategy : Design and manage cloud-resident solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging serverless and containerized environments.

- AI Innovation : Research and prototype Generative / Agentic AI use cases to enhance content creation workflows and user interaction models.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Act as a technical mentor to mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Requirements :

- AEM Specialization : 5+ years of deep, hands-on AEM development experience, including knowledge of OSGi, JCR, and Sling models.

- Architectural Pedigree : 4+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Architect role, driving high-level design decisions for enterprise platforms.

- Backend Mastery : Expert proficiency in either Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js for building scalable backend services.

- Frontend Engineering : Strong hands-on experience in Angular (Preferred) or React, supported by advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Integration & APIs : Proven track record in developing complex Microservices and managing API gateways and service meshes.

- Cloud Proficiency : Professional experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Modern Web Stack : Mastery of modern build tools, package managers, and version control (Git) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills :

- AI/ML Curiosity : Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt engineering, or building AI agents within digital workflows.

- Analytics Strategy : Ability to translate business KPIs into technical tagging and data collection requirements for Adobe Analytics.

- Security First Mindset : Deep understanding of Web Security (OWASP), OAuth2, and data privacy regulations.

- Analytical Problem Solving : Exceptional ability to deconstruct performance bottlenecks in large-scale distributed systems.
