About the Role :

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (7+ years) to lead and support the development of critical internal applications. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end systems

- Design scalable architecture and efficient database structures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features

- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade existing applications

- Maintain proper technical documentation for all projects

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Experience : 7+ years in Full Stack Development

- Front-end : HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue)

- Back-end : Node.js / Python / Java / .NET

- Databases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs & microservices architecture

- Experience with Git/version control systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

- Proven track record of delivering scalable applications

- Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Immediate availability or short notice period
