As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll design, build, and scale systems that bridge complex financial data, decision logic, and investor interfaces. This is a hands-on, in-office role for builders who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and want to shape how credit products are built from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead design & development of scalable backend systems and APIs using Python / TypeScript.

2. Build data-rich, interactive frontends using React, Next.js, and React Query.

3. Develop validation-heavy forms with Zod / Formik for onboarding, KYC & investor workflows.

4. Architect and deliver API-first frontends integrated with credit models & data pipelines.

5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, setting technical standards for the team.

5. Own features end-to-end - from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring.

What We're Looking For :

1. 5+ years of full-stack experience, with 2+ years in senior or lead roles.

2. Strong in Python, TypeScript, React, and backend + frontend architecture.

3. Experience building data-driven or fintech products.

4. Familiar with REST APIs, state management, CI/CD, testing, and best practices.

5. A strong product sense, communication skills, and ownership mindset.

Bonus Points

1. Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB) and serverless architectures.

2. Exposure to FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, or credit / lending systems.

3. Prior experience in early-stage startups or 0- 1 environments.
