About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take ownership of designing and building scalable, high-performance, and data-driven web applications.

You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and system architects to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences. This role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js

- Build complex UI components such as multi-step forms, dynamic data tables, and analytical dashboards

- Develop responsive and adaptive layouts ensuring seamless performance across devices and screen sizes

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time data sources

- Implement advanced features like search, filtering, and lookup functionalities based on live data

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and Next.js (all mandatory)

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with Tailwind CSS

- Strong experience in building production-grade, scalable UI applications

- Familiarity with API integration and asynchronous programming
