Role Summary :

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to own complex product UI for Fuse-OS. You must be strong in modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS and/or Angular) and solid in foundational web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS). You will also work comfortably with existing server-rendered UI surfaces where required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-quality user interfaces for enterprise SaaS workflows

- Build and enhance interfaces using ReactJS and/or Angular, and maintain HTML/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS pages as needed

- Integrate frontend clients with REST APIs; handle forms, tables, filters, uploads, async states, and error handling

- Implement role-aware UI behavior, validation patterns, and polished operational experiences

- Improve UX quality: usability, responsiveness, consistency, performance, and browser compatibility

- Establish/reuse frontend patterns and mentor other frontend engineers through reviews

- Partner with backend, QA, and product/delivery on requirements, demos, and defect resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 25 years of professional frontend development experience

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and/or Angular

- Solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

- Experience consuming REST APIs and building data-heavy operational UIs

- Understanding of authentication/authorization UX, form validation, and state-management fundamentals

- Ability to translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces

- Git-based collaboration and disciplined pull-request hygiene

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Experience with Bootstrap or similar UI kits and admin/operations interface patterns

- Familiarity with hybrid architectures (server-rendered pages + modern SPA components)

- Exposure to enterprise SaaS, fintech, or InsurTech products

- Basic understanding of accessibility, frontend performance, and web security awareness

- Comfort collaborating with Python/Django backend engineers on API contracts

Domain Preference :

Familiarity with the insurance industry and InsurTech is preferred but not mandatory. Strong engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn the domain matter more.
