Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

Location : Kochi Infopark

Experience : 8+years

Qualification : Btech/Mtech/MCA/MS/Msc

Your tasks :

As Senior Frontend Software Engineer with a strong background in TypeScript and React, you will be part of a Product Engineering team.

We are looking for engineers with a passion for programming and a product mindset.

Responsibilities include :

- Build frontends for customer facing products.

- Interact with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering team members, and QA to build high quality frontends

Qualifications :

- University degree in Computer Science or comparable and at least 8 years of experience working as Software Engineer

- 8+ years hand-on working experience with JavaScript and ES6

- 8+ years hands-on working experience with HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge

- 8+ years of hands-on working experience with Typescript, React, ShadCN, Amplify

- 8+ years working experience with frontend testing frameworks, in particular Vitest

- 8+ years working experience with Node.js, npm, Vite for front-end tooling and bundling

- 8+ years working experience with code quality tools, in particular ESLint and Prettier

- 8+ years working experience with REST APIs

- 8+ years working experience with git and semantic versioning

- Hands-on working experience with Jest, Storybook, Plotly.js is nice to have

- Strong understanding of data structures

- Understanding of security best practices for web applications

- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory

- Experience in Agile workflows, in particular Scrum, ideally SAFe

- Experience with AWS and other Cloud platforms is nice to have

- Outspoken team player with a pro-active mindset

- Fluent English is required, additional language skills are a plus
