Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 4 or more years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI state management, and frontend architecture design.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) is essential.

Experience with backend integration, cloud deployment, and CI/CD practices is a strong plus.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.

- Collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver seamless and performant applications.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

- Implement state management using tools such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.

- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and ensure clean, maintainable code.

- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

- Work within Agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and contribute to architectural discussions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (e.g., SASS, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS).

- Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. , Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend-backend integration.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid setup.
