Senior Frontend Developer - Javascript/TypeScript

Position Requirements :

- Experience in designing and developing complex framework and platform solutions with practical use of design patterns.

- Expertise with unit/integration testing, test driven development and related modern best practices/technologies

- Excellent understanding of web technologies HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery

- Experience with web servers and app servers, internals of browsers and standards compliance of different browsers (IE/FireFox/Chrome)

- Experience with Angular, Jasmine, UI Bootstrap, SASS, Compass, Bourbon, Grunt, Karma, Typescript

- Experience implementing Business Process Management software and integrating complex enterprise systems

- Some experience with REST web services.

- Excellent communication skills : demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Must have strong decision-making skills; take-charge personality, and the ability to drive a plan to completion

- Experience with open-source participation and Apache projects, patent process, in depth knowledge of App server architectures and SaaS or PaaS enabling platforms is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and optimize frontend solutions using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and web standards.

Lead frontend development across product features and collaborate on architecture reviews.

Translate requirements into detailed UI designs including process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, responsive, and cross-browser compatible frontend releases.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues to ensure performance and reliability.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and integrate best practices into the platform.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation including code comments, UI specs, and design guidelines.

- Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standard.
