Job Purpose / Summary :

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and Native Android. The role involves applying Clean Architecture principles, ensuring efficient state management, and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions with a strong focus on performance, testing, and security within BFSI environments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and Native Android.

- Ensure applications are robust, reusable, and maintainable through modular and structured coding practices.

2. Architecture & Design :

- Implement and enforce Clean Architecture principles with clear separation across presentation, domain, and data layers.

- Develop well-structured, maintainable, and testable code frameworks to support scalable applications.

3. State Management :

- Manage application state efficiently using BLoC, Cubit, or Riverpod based on project requirements.

- Ensure optimal performance and maintainability through appropriate state management strategies.

4. API Integration & Data Handling :

- Integrate RESTful APIs with proper data modelling, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.

- Ensure secure and efficient communication between mobile applications and backend systems.

5. CI/CD & Automation :

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, code quality checks, and deployment.

- Ensure timely and error-free app delivery through automation tools.

6. Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Write and maintain comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests.

- Ensure high code coverage and maintain reliability across releases.

7. UI/UX Development :

- Develop reusable UI component libraries ensuring consistency across applications.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

8. Performance Optimization :

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Continuously enhance application speed, responsiveness, and efficiency across devices.

9. Documentation :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation including architecture decisions, module-level guides, and API contracts.

- Ensure proper knowledge transfer and continuity within the team.

10. Security & Device Binding :

- Implement and maintain device binding mechanisms to enhance application security.

- Ensure compliance with secure coding practices, especially in BFSI environments.

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required :

Experience :

- 5- 6 years of experience in mobile application development.

- Hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart is mandatory.

- Prior experience in BFSI domain is highly preferred.

- Experience with Native Android development will be an added advantage.

- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end mobile applications.

Skillset :

- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Android development.

- In-depth knowledge of Clean Architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Cubit, or Riverpod.

- Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs integration and data modeling.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines.

- Experience with testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration testing).

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with secure coding practices and device binding concepts.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
