Job Title : Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer
Experience : 10- 14 Years
Location : Pune
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional and/or technical specifications and document them for implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive solution design documentation, including configuration rationale.
- Deliver solution design, configuration, and customization to meet defined business process designs and requirements.
- Build solution prototypes and conduct conference room pilots to validate configurations and identify fit/gap resolutions.
- Enter configurations into the "gold" or master configuration client and prepare them for migration to subsequent environments.
- Coordinate and participate in various testing phases-unit, regression, and user acceptance testing-ensuring all necessary documentation is provided to testers, deployment, and support teams.
- Set up and prepare systems for migration through all stages up to production.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support business process teams, stakeholders, and product managers in validating requirements and driving standardized global solutions.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners to ensure deliverables meet expectations, quality standards, and timelines.
- Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and implementation insights to foster organizational learning.
Requisites :
- Strong analytical skills with extensive operational and functional process knowledge in SAP as an implementation consultant or digital solution designer.
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations involving complex business process re-engineering and change management.
- Proven expertise in SAP configuration within the IS-Oil domain, particularly the TDP (Tariff Duties and Permit) module.
- Deep knowledge of Tax processes, especially Excise, for Europe, Australia, and New Zealand regions.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI integration with MM, SD, Logistics, IS-OIL TSW (Trader Supply Workbench), and TD (Transport & Distribution) modules.
- Ability to identify enhancements to SAP standard functionality.
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and business processes in e-Invoicing, SAFT.
- Familiarity with SAP integration frameworks such as eDocument, ALE, SAP BTP, APIs, and interface design.
- Solid stakeholder management across business, functional, technical, internal, and external groups.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, UX design, and Design Thinking methodologies is essential.
