Requirements :

- BE/B.Tech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum of 14+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 5 years in the managerial role.

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing frontend engineering teams.

- In-depth understanding of modern frontend technologies and architectures for building highly scalable and performant web applications.

Solid experience with a comprehensive frontend technology stack, including (but not limited to) :

- ReactJS (Next.js) with 5+ years of experience.

- Experience with building Single Page Applications (SPAs) and PWAs (Progressive Web Apps), server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) techniques.

- In-depth knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

- Familiarity with TypeScript for strong type safety.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.

- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel.

- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with React Native or other hybrid mobile app frameworks.

- Experience with GraphQL or Relay for efficient data fetching.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus).

- Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG).

- Experience in building and scaling large-scale frontend systems.
