Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Growth :

- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering team across full-stack, distributed systems, and ML domains.

- Mentor engineers on technical depth, execution discipline, and career growth.

- Foster a culture of ownership, clean execution, and rapid iteration.

Technical Execution & Delivery :

- Own end-to-end delivery of our Agent Engine and Web Intelligence Platform.

- Translate product and research goals into scalable, fault-tolerant architecture.

- Ensure delivery of production-grade systems through code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.

- Balance velocity and technical debt by implementing best practices in system design, testing, and documentation.

Architecture & Systems Design :

- Design and evolve distributed systems that handle high-throughput, low-latency requests.

- Oversee API design standards, microservices architecture, and data pipelines.

- Drive adoption of cloud-native, event-driven, and ML-enabled systems.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to shape product direction and technical feasibility.

- Drive decision-making across experimentation frameworks, infra scalability, and feature rollouts.

- Partner with founders and leadership to set engineering vision and long-term technical strategy.

Innovation & Scaling :

- Lead rapid experimentation while ensuring successful experiments graduate to robust, production-ready systems.

- Drive adoption of cutting-edge practices in agentic AI, ML infra, and autonomous web systems.

- Anticipate scale challenges early and design solutions that support 10x traffic and data growth.

Who You Are :

- Experience : 7+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering leadership roles (team lead, EM, or senior tech lead).

- Technical Depth : Expertise in distributed systems, API design, large-scale data pipelines, or high-performance infra.

- Execution : Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact systems in fast-paced environments (startup 0?1 or hypergrowth).

- Leadership : Skilled at building and retaining world-class engineering talent, with a strong focus on mentorship and growth.

- Mindset : Thrives in ambiguity, excels at rapid experimentation, and balances speed with quality.

- Bonus : Background in ML infrastructure, agentic AI systems, or autonomous web platforms.
