Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Frontend Engineering Leader to lead multiple frontend teams and drive technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and people development for a global SaaS organisation.

- Engineering Delivery and Resource Planning

- Hiring, Coaching, and Developing Engineering Leaders

- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Platform teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect robust frontend ecosystems using React.js and TypeScript to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability across multiple product lines.

- Implement Micro Frontends strategies to enable independent team deployments and accelerate the overall software development lifecycle.

- Mentor and develop a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance and career coaching to foster a high-growth, inclusive engineering culture.

- Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and RESTful API integrations, reducing deployment friction and improving system reliability.

- Define and enforce frontend coding standards and performance benchmarks to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience for our global customer base.

- Partner with product leadership to translate business roadmaps into actionable technical sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
