- Building innovative features in the Accounts & Identity areas.
- Code, test, document, and deliver features with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and search engine optimisation.
- Determine the strategic direction of the Accounts & Identities architecture.
- Participate in Agile development process, including scoping, technical design, estimation effort, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support.
- Collaborate with program managers, marketing, designers, and software engineers to deliver new features with strict adherence to quality and timelines.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of management experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- 10+ years of experience building traffic consumer-facing websites.
- Good culture fit and excellent team player.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a get-things-done approach.
- Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable units of work.
- Have a strong product sense and can be a thought partner with cross-functional peers.
- Hands-on experience working with non-technical stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, and building scalable products in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work with product and business partners to collect non-technical requirements to design and build scalable experience solutions.
- Ability to guide and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience with Java, MySQL, DynamoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, microservice architecture, and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
