Work Schedule : 5 days a week, office-based

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech (Computer Science or related) from a premium institute

Overview :

As Sr. Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain our e-commerce platform. You will drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Lead the development of the e-commerce platform using React Native and cloud services (Azure, GCP).

- Architect scalable systems for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.

- Integrate data-driven insights with data science teams for enhanced personalization.

- Manage the software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within budget.

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years in software engineering, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.

- Strong leadership and technical skills in web/mobile development and cloud technologies.

- Familiarity with data science concepts is a plus.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous.
