Role Overview :

This position is part of the FPGA Software Engineering Team in Hyderabad and focuses on DevOps, Infrastructure Management, Build & Release Engineering, and CI/CD Automation. The engineer will support the complete FPGA software development lifecycle, including build automation, regression testing, deployment, infrastructure management, and software release processes. The role involves close collaboration with global engineering teams based in San Jose (USA) and Armenia.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain Linux and Windows-based physical and virtual infrastructure.

- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines for FPGA software products.

- Automate build, release, deployment, and regression testing processes.

- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python and Shell scripting.

- Administer containerized and cloud-based environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS.

- Support cluster/grid computing environments used for large-scale software builds and testing.

- Enhance software development productivity through automation and process improvements.

- Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure reliable and efficient product releases.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Build & Release Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.

- Strong expertise in Linux administration and automation.

- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Puppet/Chef.

- Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.

- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Bugzilla, SVN, and ClearCase.

- Familiarity with software regression frameworks and release management processes.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
