Senior Endur Developer - OpenLink

We are looking for experienced Senior Endur Developers with a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading domain (ETRM/CTRM) to join our dynamic team of innovators and problem-solvers. You will work closely with prestigious global clients to design and implement front-to-back trading lifecycle solutions using Openlink Endur.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital business transformation (DBT) programs by delivering scalable, efficient, and high-performing Endur customizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on full trade lifecycle implementations, integrating across front, mid, and back office

- Develop modules using OpenJVS and/or OpenComponents, leveraging solid OOP fundamentals

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements

- Write efficient, optimized code and support functional, integration, and UAT testing

- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Maintain documentation, support DevOps, and ensure CI/CD best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 4 - 8 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on Endur development

- Experience in at least 12 live Endur implementations

- Strong skills in OpenJVS / OpenComponents, with deep knowledge of key Endur tables

- Proven experience writing plug-ins for simulations, operations scripts, accounting rules, etc.

- Proficiency in SQL - including multi-table joins, nested queries, and performance tuning

- Knowledge of one or more asset classes like Power, Natural Gas, LNG, Crude, or Products

- Understanding of front, mid, and back-office processes and Endur configurations

- Strong knowledge of OOPS and design principles (SOLID, modularity, reusability)

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
