Senior Endpoint Operations Technician

Location : Hyderabad/Chennai(Hybrid)

Work hours : Overlap till 11.30 AM EST

Role Summary :

The Senior Endpoint Operations Technician manages and optimizes endpoint environments, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of End User Computing services. Expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and automation scripting is required.

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktops

- Minimum 5 years as Endpoint Operations Technician or similar

- Expert in SCCM administration, patch management, imaging, scripting, MSI, packaging, and automation

- Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policies

- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Scripting experience (batch, SQL, PowerShell, vbscript)

- Working knowledge of ITIL framework

- Experience with FsLogix, GPO

- Experience developing and testing software packages (InstallShield or equivalent)

- Desktop support and operations experience in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities :

- Deliver technical support across Windows platforms and endpoint technologies

- Oversee desktop images and modify SCCM task sequences

- Develop and maintain support materials for End User Computing services

- Provide second-tier and level 3 support, including root cause and preventative analysis

- Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environment (image creation, VM deployment, performance monitoring)

- Develop automated solutions for software deployment and workstation imaging

- Manage global standard desktop and laptop models lifecycle

- Monitor and address alerts from desktops using CyberArk

- Manage and support PXE environment (1E products)

- Package, test, and deploy new applications

- Maintain and expand Knowledge Base and support documents

- Administrate and troubleshoot Microsoft Auto Pilot deployments

- Work with Microsoft Intune for Windows Device Management
