Job Description :

Role : Senior DevOps/SecOps Engineer (Team Lead)

The Senior DevOps / SecOps Engineer (Team Lead) is responsible for designing, securing, automating, and operating the Intelligent Automation Platform across global customer environments.

This role combines DevOps engineering, cloud platform operations, and security leadership, ensuring high availability, scalability, and compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Location & Reporting :

- Scope: Global customers (SEA, Middle East, Africa, US).

- Team Size: 6-10 (DevOps, SRE, CloudOps, Security Engineers)

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Core Engineering.

- Strong hands on experience with Kubernetes (mandatory) with deep expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Cluster operations, including upgrades, node pools, autoscaling, ingress controllers, and networking.

- Docker and container ecosystems.

- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / Bicep / ARM Observability & Monitoring (Mandatory).

- Grafana (mandatory).

- Prometheus.

- Logging tools: ELK / Azure Monitor.

- Alerting tools: PagerDuty.

- Define SLIs, SLOs, MTTR, MTBF, and Cloud Platforms.

- Microsoft Azure (preferred).

- AWS / OCI advantageous Security (SecOps).

- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 controls.

- IAM, RBAC, Entra ID.

- Network security (NSG, WAF).

- Secrets management (Key Vault).

- Vulnerability management (Defender).

- Kubernetes security Data & Platform Operations.

- PostgreSQL performance, backup, and replication.

- Production distributed systems
