Role : Senior DevOps

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can own the end-to-end DevOps strategy, infrastructure planning, and solution architecture for our client engagements.

This role demands a deep understanding of AWS, Azure(GCP exposure a plus), infrastructure as code, and CI/CD- combined with the ability to perform gap analysis, design custom cloud-native architectures, and drive implementation aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and define DevOps strategy and architecture for multiple client projects.

- Design cloud-native infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure (GCP is a plus).

- Conduct gap analysis and DevOps maturity assessments to identify improvement areas.

- Translate business requirements into technical DevOps architectures and roadmaps.

- Experienced in deriving tasks and creating ETAs.

- Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools, platforms, and processes for CI/CD, IAC, containerization, and monitoring.

- Build and guide teams on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and automated provisioning.

- Leading the setup and scaling of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) and Docker-based microservices.

- Integrate observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

- Drive security best practices, cost optimization, and governance policies.

- Support pre-sales with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals when needed.

- Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of DevOps experience in cloud-native environments.

- Proven experience with both AWS and Azure; GCP exposure is a bonus.

- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS), Docker, and Kafka.

- Experienced in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Deep understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and scalable architecture principles.

- Hands-on with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitor).

- Solid scripting or development background (Python preferred).

- Strong documentation, presentation, and client communication skills.

- Ability to lead DevOps assessments, define DevOps roadmaps, and execute phased delivery.

Nice to Have :

- DevOps or Cloud Certifications (AWS DevOps Pro, Azure Solutions Architect, CKA, etc.).

- Exposure to GitOps, Helm, Service Mesh, and Serverless architecture.

- Experience in client consulting or pre-sales solutioning.
