Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team, operating across our key hubs in Dubai, Singapore, and Malaysia. In this role, you will be the architect of our infrastructure, bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to ensure seamless, scalable, and secure delivery of our digital products.

You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, security architects, and stakeholders to automate workflows, optimize cloud resource utilization, and maintain high availability for our global user base. Your work will directly influence the speed of our innovation cycle and the reliability of the platforms that serve thousands of customers daily, making you a pivotal figure in our technical growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure consistent release quality across development and production environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to enhance system scalability and resource efficiency for our high-traffic services.

- Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, ensuring cost-effectiveness, security compliance, and high availability.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks through advanced Shell Scripting and Python development to reduce manual intervention and human error.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex system issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term architectural improvements.

- Maintain rigorous version control standards using Git, fostering a culture of collaborative development and code integrity across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure on AWS and GCP, with a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture and security best practices.

- Advanced proficiency in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and Docker, with a proven track record of deploying microservices in production.

- Strong command over Linux system administration, including performance tuning, security hardening, and complex troubleshooting.

- Proven ability to write efficient, maintainable automation scripts using Python and Shell to streamline infrastructure-as-code workflows.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior engineers within the team.

- High degree of adaptability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment, with the flexibility to engage effectively in hybrid or on-site setups across our Dubai, Singapore, or Malaysia offices.

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
