Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, CI/CD optimization, and cloud-native architecture using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on AWS cloud platform

- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

- Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53

- Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- Monitor system health using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies

- Implement security best practices using IAM roles, policies, encryption, and compliance standards

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

- Collaborate with development teams for smooth code integration and release cycles

- Automate operational processes and improve system reliability

- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture

- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, CloudFormation acceptable)

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Proficiency in scripting : Python, Bash, or Shell

- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, routing, security groups)

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana)

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration

- Experience with Git or other version control systems

- Understanding of DevSecOps practices
