Role Overview :

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Talent Pro, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and stability of our platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS to support our growing business needs.

- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools to enable faster and more reliable releases.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and maintain service level agreements.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency and repeatability.

- Implement security best practices to protect our infrastructure and data from threats.

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, demonstrating expertise in services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and RDS.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, showcasing the ability to automate software delivery pipelines.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash, enabling the automation of tasks and the creation of custom tools.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in complex systems.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our infrastructure.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, demonstrating the ability to manage and scale containerized applications.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
