Job Description :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise chatbot and conversational AI solutions.

- Develop and integrate chatbots with APIs, web applications, databases, and enterprise systems.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP for application deployment and infrastructure management.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM.

- Monitor applications and cloud infrastructure using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide L3 support.

- Implement security, access management, logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery practices.

- Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams.

- Automate repetitive operational activities using Python / Shell / PowerShell.

- Participate in cloud migration, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Automation.

- Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD.

- Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.

- Good scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and application integrations.

- Understanding of chatbot/conversational AI technologies is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience.

- Good knowledge of cloud security, networking, IAM, and monitoring.
