Required Qualifications :
- 6 - 8 years of professional software development experience in modern application development.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and Ruby on Rails for backend development.
- Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience designing and developing complex features along with unit and integration tests.
- Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound technical judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience building distributed or service-oriented systems.
- Prior experience working on enterprise or security-focused products.
