Senior Developer - Java/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our Capital Markets technology division and contribute to the development of next-generation cloud-native platforms supporting leading investment banks and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable serverless applications on AWS while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain core platform components for capital markets solutions

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications in a cloud-native environment

- Work on AWS serverless architecture using Lambda, S3, and CI/CD tools

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business teams

- Participate in troubleshooting incidents and production support

- Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and code reviews

- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint deliveries

- Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong experience in Java / Kotlin / JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js

- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular

- Expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Strong understanding of RESTful API development

- Experience with AWS Cloud Services

- Hands-on with AWS Lambda, S3, AWS Tooling

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of Secure Coding Practices

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Good to Have Skills :

- BPMN workflow tools (Camunda / Flowable)

- Python development experience

- Exposure to Consulting organizations

- Experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain
