Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced FlexPLM Senior Developer with 7 - 10 years of PLM experience, including strong hands-on expertise in PTC FlexPLM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating FlexPLM solutions for enterprise clients across the retail, apparel, footwear, and consumer goods domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customized solutions in PTC FlexPLM based on business requirements.

- Perform end-to-end FlexPLM implementation, including configuration, customization, enhancements, and support.

- Work on FlexPLM modules including Product Specifications, Materials Management, BOM, Costing, and Line Planning.

- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE customizations and Windchill/FlexPLM extensions.

- Customize Form Processors, workflows, business rules, and validation frameworks.

- Perform UI customizations using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Integrate FlexPLM with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, middleware, and APIs.

- Support data migration, upgrades, performance tuning, and production issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues.

- Collaborate with business, QA, architecture, and delivery teams.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and adoption of development best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with PTC FlexPLM 7.x / 8.x / 9.x.

- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong understanding of the FlexPLM data model and customization framework.

- Experience with Windchill architecture and extensions.

- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.

- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.

- Hands-on experience with workflow customization, business rules, and validation frameworks.

Domain Experience :

- Experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, or Consumer Goods is preferred.

- Good understanding of Product Development Lifecycle, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Lifecycle Management.

Additional Skills :

- Experience with FlexPLM upgrades and cloud migration is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.

- Experience working with distributed/global teams is an advantage.
