- Configure and manage data source connections (streaming and batch) for ingestion into AEP.

- Design and implement data models (XDM/Schemas) to support ingestion, transformation, and activation.

- Manage data flows, datasets, profiles, and identity resolution within AEP.

- Build and optimize audience segmentation strategies for batch, streaming, and edge evaluations.

- Export audiences and datasets to multiple destinations, ensuring adherence to platform constraints.

- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Analytics, Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Target, and Audience Manager.

- Work with large datasets across LOBs, performing advanced SQL-based transformations and ETL processes.

- Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot platform issues, and optimize AEP configurations for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 8 years of overall development experience with at least 3+ years in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Mandatory RTCDP expertise, including batch and streaming ingestion, real-time profile management, and identity resolution.

- Strong data modeling and XDM schema design experience.

- Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and large-scale data transformations.

- Experience with audience segmentation, combining multiple audience types and destinations.

- Hands-on knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other Adobe tools (Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager).

- Proven experience working in banking or financial services domain, handling sensitive data across multiple LOBs.

- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform limitations, best practices, and integration strategies with other cloud tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for data integration.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance tuning.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
