A leading global clinical research environment is looking to onboard a Senior Data Scientist / Senior Statistical Programmer with strong expertise in R and R-Shiny to support clinical data analysis and real-world evidence generation initiatives.

Role Overview :

You will be responsible for working on complex clinical and real-world datasets, building advanced analytical solutions and interactive applications to support statistical analysis, regulatory needs, and strategic clinical decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing :

- Designing, developing, and validating R-Shiny applications for statistical analysis and clinical reporting.

- Working with clinical trial and real-world data for generating evidence aligned with regulatory and medical affairs requirements.

- Partnering with biostatisticians for translating analysis plans into robust statistical programs.

- Conducting quality checks and ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance in statistical outputs.

- Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency in programming processes and analytical methodologies.

Must-Haves :

- 5+ years of experience in clinical data analysis, real-world data, or HTA-focused evidence generation.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in R and R-Shiny, with solid grounding in statistical concepts.

- In-depth knowledge of R packages, Git version control, CRAN, and data manipulation techniques.

- Experience with clinical datasets and understanding of CDISC terminology.

- Familiarity with clinical trial phases, especially Phase IIIb and IV.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Python or other open-source analytics tools.

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research environments.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
