JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI), you will lead the design, research, and implementation of advanced AI solutions to address complex business challenges. You will work across the full ML lifecyclefrom ideation and experimentation to scalable deploymentdeveloping and fine-tuning models such as LLMs, diffusion models, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities :

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI and LLM-based solutions using frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, and PyTorch.

- Develop, test, and optimize RAG pipelines, diffusion models, and AI agents for real-world use cases.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize ML solutions with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, W&B).

- Apply deep statistical and ML theory to create efficient, robust, and scalable models.

- Stay current with advancements in AI research, contributing to innovation and model improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 3.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong foundation in ML/DL architectures, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.

- Experience in production-grade LLMs, RAG, and generative AI systems.
