Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience applying machine learning and AI techniques to solve complex business problems.

This role requires a strong background in developing, training, and deploying advanced models, as well as hands-on experience with a variety of tools and cloud platforms.

The Senior Data Scientist will be a key player in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to address key business challenges and opportunities.

- Utilize Python and its ecosystem of libraries, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow, for data analysis, model development, and validation.

- Work with large-scale datasets, cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure quality and readiness for modeling.

- Architect and implement data science solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and build end-to-end data pipelines.

- Present complex findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, translating technical details into business impact.

- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive innovation.

Required Technical Skills

Machine Learning & AI: Proven experience with a wide range of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques.

Programming Languages: Expertise in Python.

Data Science Libraries: Hands-on experience with Pandas, Scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow.

Cloud Platforms: Practical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP), including their data science and machine learning services.

Database & Big Data: Familiarity with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks).

Qualifications and Experience

- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of statistical concepts.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
